Subway in Halle (Saale)

So it had tasted very tasty, but a lot was saved when occupying the sub. Staff was very friendly no thing. It was all fresh, I don't understand why people complain here. However, only 1 star less because here really saved on occupancy of the sub. Greetings from Leipzig

Friendly staff, requests are taken into account and it usually goes quickly if you don't necessarily come at peak times.

Best Subway !!! Small but nice, and a great offer for its size😀 The staff was always friendly to me and when I had something brought to me, it always arrived quickly! Sometimes the last resort when you've been to university for a long time🤩

No breads were prepared before the store opened. So you couldn't order subs within an hour of opening. In addition, extreme savings were made on ingredients. Here Subway is less about customers, their satisfaction and customer relationships, but much more about short-term profits. Extremely extremely bad.

A very tidy shop with friendly staff! The hygiene concept was implemented well. Thank you and gladly again.

It doesn't work on a cow skin that 3 hours after opening hours there are no goods and you can't order anything

Unfortunately, it doesn't fit in the front and back here! The opening times and especially delivery times are apparently adjusted every day according to your mood. Breads and ingredients are often already out or not yet ready. There are big differences in taste, I think the breads are not always fresh. Only the employees are mostly friendly.

It almost got a 1-star rating after receiving the wrong delivery after waiting 90 minutes. We had ordered a 15cm sub and a 30cm sub and only got 2x 15cm. However, the handling of the subsequent complaint was exemplary: We were initially offered 2 cookies and a replacement 30cm sub. Since we are vegans, we have thankfully declined the cookies. Then the entire order was sent to us again instead: So 1x 30cm and once 15cm.

Actually, I really like the subs, but waiting almost 2 hours for a delivery during the week is absolutely impossible when you consider that a sandwich costs 10 euros! I wanted to test the delivery service - unfortunately completely failed

Have waited until half an hour after the store opened. The person inside ignored us and apparently had nothing prepared before opening time and was running up and down business. When we left he was just starting to thaw the bread dough pieces. It would certainly have taken at least another half hour. What a shame for such a large chain!

Compared to other subways, the subs is less occupied. There is also bread every day after 2 p.m. Before only wraps. The staff is not overly friendly either. But the delivery service is great!

Absolute juice shop! Opening times are made here as you like, before 2 p.m. the bread is usually not ready or too warm. The "boss" never felt the urge or the time, one day he telephoned his insurance company for 10 minutes and didn't even notice me. Vouchers or promotions are not offered. If you redeem points you will be treated unfriendly. This subway is one of the worst in the world. -5 Stars !

Not recommended! Ordered online around 7:30 p.m., after a good hour you will be called back and asked if the order is correct and then you wait again until the food is delivered. Apparently last delivery before closing!

The store has lost so much of its quality over time, everything used to be as it should be, but now you either get nothing here because the supplier hasn't been there or the rolls are not baked yet (during opening hours, sometimes 1h after opening ...) The last time we even got something, apart from the fact that there were only 2 types of bread to choose from ... The bread tasted like the day before, the employee was very, very stingy with the sub and he also hit the sauce tube on the counter until he found the amount appropriate, I can recommend all the shops in Halle more than this one, so Neustadt or Hauptbahnhof, or in Oppin but the shop really didn't earn any more sales!

The specified opening times (neither online nor at the store) are incorrect or they are not adhered to. It has already happened more than 3 times that the shop was either completely closed at the specified opening times or the staff told me to come later that they weren't open yet! It's a shame

Only the nice young lady who served us gets one star. The older man in the white shirt and glasses should get minus stars. Once again the most unfriendly person ever! Dealing with his employees / colleagues under all sow & that even in front of the customer. Not possible at all.

Sorry, but I'm not used to that from you. If you open the shop at 12 o'clock everything should be ready so far. I was with you around 1 p.m. and there was only half a loaf left from the day before. The young man who just worked told me beforehand and also a thank you to him. Unfortunately I didn't know that the bread was very dry. So couldn't eat it anymore. Very bad !!!

Waited a long time (we knew) and ... got the saddest sandwich ever. Veggie sandwich and A. with olives. Next time please do more than just a leaf of lettuce and don't be short of the few ingredients you are looking forward to!

If I could give zero stars, I would. We actually wanted a latte macchiato, there wasn't one. First deduction. Then we resigned ourselves to cappuccino. A MISTAKE! The waitress smelled suspiciously of the milk, afterwards we also know why. Photos are included.
